Thank you for your purchase. Our products are custom-made for each customer. As such, refunds are not available. However, if your product is malfunctioning, you may return it to us for repairs. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
- All returns for malfunctioning equipment must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
- Returned items must be in the condition they were received, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
- Obtain an RMA Number: Email our customer service at office@oczeus.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Prepare Your Return: Place the item securely in its original packaging.

Ship Your Return:
- Mail your return to the address provided in the email with your RMA number.
- You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.
Repairs
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will repair the malfunctioning equipment.
- Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to complete the repair process.
- We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and the item has been repaired and shipped back to you.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at office@oczeus.com to arrange a repair.
Additional Notes
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- As our products are custom-made, refunds are not provided.
